Win a trip to Africa competitions terms & conditions

1. Competition commences on XX/XX/XX.
2. No purchase necessary. Submit your entries on-line at www.onedifference.org/heroes.
3. Closing date for receipt of entries is XX/XX/XX.
4. Open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their families of Global Ethics Ltd, their agents or those professionally connected with the promotion.
5. Prize of one trip to Africa with two return economy flights, accommodation for two people in tents, plus £100 spending money per person. Prize to be arranged between November 2008 and December 2009 at a date of our choosing based on suitability and safety requirements. Winners will be responsible for their own insurance, injections and will be required to sign a disclaimer. The trip is likely to be for a maximum of 5 days, but duration depends on site location. No cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable.
6. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or insufficient entries or insufficient quality of entries, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage or replace the original prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
7. The winner will be judged to be the entry that has received the greatest number of votes on www.onedifference.org/heroes at 5pm on XX/XX/XX.
8. In the event of a tie, an independent judge will be appointed to decide on the skill level of the submissions. Details of the independent judge can be provided at request.
9. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winning result will be notified by email by the 30/07/08 and the winners name and picture will be included in online communications post XX/XX/XX.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed or that have errors in submission.
